Can Irregular Intake Of Birth Control Pills Affect Getting Pregnant?

I have been taking birth control for about a year now, I do not take it correctly. I miss a few pills and then when I remember I take them all on the same day. I havent had my period in months and id say ive had about four in the past year. Can I still get pregnant?
