Can Irregular Period Affect Conception?

hello doctor dis case is of my sister who is recently married in january...she is 24 yrs of age height 5.8,,in mumbai..since many days she ws becoming week...she hd her periods a week ago bt again it strtd a few days again till nw.her operation wid regard 2 cleaning fallopian tube is in process...is der nething whch shud b done at the moment and will it effect in future pregnancies?do reply to the earliest
