Can Irregular Periods After Repeated Postinor-2 Use Affect My Fertility Or Womb Health?

hi I had sex for the first time last year 26th December 2024 unprotected I took two tablet of postinor 2 ,on the 28th I had sex again I took another two tablet of postinor 2 ,I had bleeding for 4 days and it stopped my period became irregular I saw it July 23rd 2025 and I haven t seen it today made it 6 days I haven t seen another peroid. is my womb intact? can I get pregnant in future ? what should I do I only get discharged whitish
