Can Itchiness On Nipple Be Symptom Of Nipple Eczema?

Hello, I'm 25 years old with no family history of breast cancer so I wanted to know if I could possibly have nipple eczema because they are itchy from time to time and sometimes they burn a little, each nipple has a small crust area on the areola. Please help!
