Can Itching On Body Be Due To Lichen Planus?

Hi i am 38 yrs , 178cm ht and 68kgs wt. I had lichen planus - autoimmune, no BP, no sugar and no tension. Got cured by taking immunosupression drgs by apr 2011. Now it is itching is some places not always. Will lichen planus repeat. Secondly, should i take antbiotics tablet because i feel it will flare up / reinduce LP.
