Can Itchy Back, Stomach, Arms And Legs Rashes With Lumps Be Treated?

My girlfriend has a itchy bumpy rash on her back. It has spread to her stomach, arms and legs. Early this morning I found some bumps on my shoulder, since then they have spread to my back and arms. The bumps are not very big and itch like crazy. Do you have any idea what this could be?
