Can Keratoconus Cause Dizziness And Light Headed Spells? Keep Feeling

Can keratoconus cause dizziness and light headed spells? Keep feeling like I'm gonna pass out, I have done once before and can't help but think it could be alot to do with my Keratoconus, but not 100% sure that's what it is, I am finding it rather frightening because these funny spell I keep aving are happening alot and making me feel really weak and off ill, need some advice as to what it could be, thanks, kerrie x
