hi, i'm 41 years old, and had been married for 13 years, and not try to get a baby. but now i try to get a baby and making a checkup, its found transvaginal scan founded right adnexal mass 3.6 x 4.5 cm, multiple myoma in uterus and left ovarian cyst 3.6 x 4.5 cm, endometriotic cyst. on hsg shows bileteral tubal blockage. can i use key hole surgery treatment for my case?
