Can Late Period After Having Removed IUD Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

i recently had my iud taken out, i got my period last weds/thurs and on friday night my husband and i had unprotected sex, although he didn't finish inside me my period has disappeared and not returned. what could be the cause of this? what is the likelyhood of pregnancy? and how long do i need to wait to find out?
