Can Late Periods Be The Symptom Of Amenorrhea?

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me with this question. I'm 21 years old and I think my periods have completely stopped. I think my last period was about a year ago. I've never been sexually active and I'm not on the pill. My periods have always been very infrequent also. I'm suspecting I have Secondary Amenorrhea, but I'm not sure.
