Can Laying Down For Sleep With A Full Stomach, Which

Can laying down for sleep with a full stomach, which initiated a sharp pain in the sternum initiate a troponin enzyme? I had this situation last week (tuesday) and after a Echo-Sonogram and a Cardiac Catheterization, the Cardiologist said he was baffled as to what caused the Troponin to be not present at admission, then only show up on the second or third blood draw, and reported the very minute I was to take a stresss test on a treadmill.
I was taken back to the Cardiac waiting ward and placed in the que for a Heart Cath procedure which the surgeon declared was essentially free of any blocked arteries or any damage in heart.

I would also like to know how the "collagen plug" which supposedly sealed the Mynx seal on the Femoral Artery in groin will go away, or how long will that hang around?

Any ideas?
Thank you!
