Can Lichen Oralis Lead To Precancerous Conditions?

five years back histological report reveled lichen oralis . i used otiment etc for a short time . Than a clorexidine based mouth wash which colored my teethyellow. now during dental treatment dentist suggested me to do again a biopsy to exclued precancerrous condition. What are your suggestions?
