Can Lichen Sclerosus Cause Stomach Pain And Exhaustion, And Is Perrin Natural Cream Effective For Burning In The Vaginal Area?

Hello, I was diagnoised in April of 2021 with lichen sclerosus. My obgyn perscribed a creme for me. It took a few month but eventually cleared up. Then, this year, 2022 is flared up again. My symptoms are the burning feeling.. At times it gets so bad that I can not stand it. So, i had to go to a different doctior because of my insurance. She perscribed a different steriod crfeam. It has helped a little. She did a test to see if I had a infection. It came back negative. Does this sclerosus cause pain in your stomach area. I am totally exhausted all the time. What about the Perrin Natural Cream? Like i SAID NO ITCHING, BUT A LOT OF BURNING IN THE VAGINAL AREA.
