Can Light And Short Periods, Vomiting And Swollen Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?

Okay so I had sex recently and soon later I started throwing up everything I ate
and still do. I'm much more tired and always want food. My boobs are swollen, I seem to be peeing more. But I started bleeding for four days and it wasn't that light but it gradually got lighter. I don't think it was my period because it was short, i had no cramps (which is very unusual for me) and it came way to early. My lower abdomen has weird feelings in it. I was wondering if i could be pregnant because of all the symptoms. help me! thank you!
