Can Light Spotting Post Tubal Ligation Suggest Pregnancy?

i had a tubal ligation 13 months ago and now i believe i am pregnant. i had light spotting (only when i wiped) on and off for three days starting 3 days after my partener and i had sex. i took one test it came out negative. how long should i wait before i take another one just to be sure
