Can Long Term Use Of Lithium Cause Severe Headache, Memory Loss And Fatigue?

I am post menopausal and have been on lithium on and off for many years. I don t know whether I need to be coming off it because I have been experiencing severe headaches and memory loss and fatigue as well as a lack of good concentration. I am unemployed and on medicare.
