Can Low FSH Levels Affect Sperm Production And Quality?

Hello!!i have very low FSH levels(1,2 mIU/mL) and normal LH levels(4,5 mIU/mL).My testo levels are high (12,51 ng/mL) as well as E2 (80 pg/mL) ,PRL (31.3 ng/mL) and cortisol (33 μg/dL).SHBG is also high (88 nmol/L) and free testo is normal(28 pg/mL). My question is:do you think there is something to worry about??why my FSH levels are so low and can this affect my sperm production and quality??Thank you!
