Can Low HCG Levels And Stress Lead To Ovarian Cysts?

My daughter, 36 y.o., had an ovarian cyst removed a few years ago and now is concerned that she has a low hcg17 of 7. She also happens to be EXTREMELY stressed about her lifestyle, which I believe might be causative factor. Could you shed any light on this situation? Anthony
