Can Low Blood Platelets Be Caused By My Medication Of

Can low blood platelets be caused by my medication of risperdone 2 mg once a day? My weight is 185 I am 5' 8" and 25 yrs. old. My count was 88 and went down 50 points from 6 months ago. I will be saw a hemotologist. She said if the medication is working, then to leave it alone. My worry is how will I know if my count is going down? Will one drink be harmful? How do I bring my blood platelets back up?
