Can Low Testosterone Levels Trigger Headaches?

Can low testerone trigger headaches and what type of headaches in a 15 year old male post craniopharyngioma removal. My son has low testerone levels which he is on replacement but his last bloods came back really low. He is suffering horrific headaches, 2-8 per day, they repsond to high flow oxygen and rest.
