Can Low Testosterone Or Trans-dermal Patch Cause Easy Bruising?

have been diagnosed with low testosterone and been on transdermal patch for approx. 3 months. now am having aching in muscles and bruising without any trauma. Took blood and cpk was 421. all other blood work normal. Can low t and or patch cause this?
