Can Lymph Nodes Enlarge And Decrease In Size, But Never

Can lymph nodes enlarge and decrease in size, but never disappear in Hodgkin/Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma? Especially when presented in serval areas of the body?

I feel I have been ill for around a year and slowly feeling worse. I have recently had a diagnosis of IBS and episcliritis. Within the last 5 weeks, had 3 swollen lymph nodes in the armpit/breast area and one in the neck, all very small in size. I also feel I may have two in the groin area, although these don't hurt themselves they're slightly tender in those particular areas. I have developed a persistent cough, however I am asthmatic and an occasional fever which surrenders me bed-bound as it also is assisted with extreme fatigue and nausea.

Would this be lymphoma?
