Can Marijuana Help In Lazy Eye And Chronic Headaches?

I have a "Lazy Eye" and they give me chronic headaches from the light and the computer screen. It is hard for me to get up in the morning to go to work because i have such a bad headache i have tried everything their is i was wondering is Marijuana is a good resource because i have had some friends that recommend it?
