Can Masturbating Causes Dark Skin?

hey ,can ask u something guys, i have masterbating probleme ,i just want to know if it effects the skin?? coz i think i m getting black,so black when i do masterbating,even ppl call me black now and now since 2 days i didn t do it , my skin will return normal after that ???,p.s: i born white ,docter plz help i m hopeless
