Can Masturbation Cause Considerable Changes In Physique?

Hi Doc, I have an issue to be addressed.My Name is Ashish(21), doing my graduation right now. Im addicted to masturbation since an year. I used to masturbate 6 times/week since last 2-3 months and i noticed considerable changes in my physique.My thghs and arms becoming thin day by day. thighs have become worst , no wonder they equal size of my biceps very soon. So i kindly ask an advice from you, im so desperate to know whats happening with me.Thankyou
