Can Mefenamic Acid Affect Menstrual Cycle?

after the 1st day of my last menstral cycle i began taken mefenamic acid tablets 500mg, i took these tables 3 times a day for 3 days for the pain, now this month i am a few days late and i'm usually regular as clockwork, i was sterilised 5 years ago, could those tablets be affecting my cycle
