Can Metasone Cream Or Cetaphil Be Used To Treat Oily Skin With Acne?

well .. i m 16 yrs old and my skin is oily but not much .. and i am having acnes from past some years which is making me look bad .. so can you suggest somethings?? what about metasone plus cream, or cetaphil daily face cleanser will they be working and ok for my skin?
