Can Migraine Headache Cause Spitting Of Blood?

Hello, I am a 25 year old male who weighs around 150lbs. Just recently I experienced severe head pain and noticed that a little bit of blood was coming out of my mouth. As I stood up and took a few steps I dropped to my knees and blacked out a few times. I went to the ER and was given an ekg and a CAT scan of my brain, I was told that what I was experiencing was an atypical migraine. Does spitting up blood usually occur with migraine headaches?
