Can Migraine Type Headaches, Nauseous And Vomiting Feeling Be Hormone Related?

I am troubled with migraine type headaches Always in the temple area. I feel nauseous and often vomit also it have to go to the loo, I get cold then clammy and sweat a lot. I feel dizzy and disorientated when they are bad. My doctor feels they are hormone related I am 52 years old and gives me Zomig which do help. They are really getting me down and ruin my day so much it affects my life, Could it be anything other than hormone related? They have been going on years now.
