Can Mirena And HPV Cause Swollen And Tender Groin Area?

hi my name is ashley. i have had Mirena for three years. i was also diagnosed with hpv..... im am sick right now with a tempature of 101F my glands in my groin are visably swollen and EXTREAMLY tender, also i have a uti. i was wondering if my hpv and mirena might be causing a problem with my glands?
