Can Missed Intake Of Birth Control Pill Cause Pregnancy?

HI I am taking a pill called marviol or marvelon - combination, monophasic pill. I missed a pill on the 6th day of my pack and had sex with my husband 5 days later. I am 43 and do not want another baby. Do I have a high risk of being pregnant? Many Thanks in advance.
