Can Missed Period And Sore Throat After Unprotected Intercourse Be Symptoms Of HIV?

I recently had unprotected sex and fearful that I may have HIV. I was tested and it came up negative but its also way too soon to get accurate results. A couple of days ago I started to get a sore throat and what seemed like a head cold. Earlier in the month, I missed my period and confirmed I was not pregnant. My anxiety is through the roof not knowing. Im almost positive that I am.. but all symptoms can also just be something else. Everywhere I read says to seek medical attention asap if you have these symptoms and are at risk but without having an actual positive test result, I feel like theres nothing I can do for several months?
