Can Missing One Regestrone Dose Cause Spotting And Lead To Periods Starting On The Expected Date Despite Restarting The Medication?

Hi doc, my period date is 26th this month i.e. tomorrow. And i need to postpone my period as i have a family function on 27th. So i started taking regestrone from 23rd night. But yesterday i missed my dose i took the dose today morning. In the evening i got just one drop of blood like spotting. Then i again took another dose around 8pm. Till now i didn t get any spotting. Will i get my period tomorrow?
