Can Mold Cause Blood In Stool?

Hello. I just found out that there is black mold that has been collecting and falling from the vents in my office. I also began to experience periodic blood in my stool beginning june of 2013. I noticed the black mold particles last summer as well, but didn't have them tested until around September when they became more frequent. My question is: Can mold cause blood in someone's stool?
