Can Molds Cause Allergic Rashes?

im pretty sure i have mold in my apartment. Water has been leaking all over the place since i got there 5 months ago. And to find out the water has been leaking for years. I dont feel very well and i have a rash on my face , nose has been running for months, head ache. And i dont have agleries and never have. Can mold be causing the rash to form on my face. Its on the sides of my nose going onto my cheeks a little way. Whats the deal?
