Can Mole Removal Cause Numbness?

Hi, My daughter is 14 and had a mole removed last week which had a blood vessel in it. Ever since she has had numbness in her big toe and is very tired, is this due to toxins or should she see her gp? No other medical history, 5 foot 5" and 10.5 stone.
