Can Multiple Sclerosis Cause Nausea And Loss Of Balance?

I have MS and had breast cancer. I am having an episode where I feel like I had to throw-up and the room is spinning. I am lying down and when I close my eyes the room is spinning. My balance is not good I am stumbling. I am afraid its my MS. Help.
