Can My Bellybutton Get Infected If My Boyfriend Ejaculated In

Can my bellybutton get infected If my boyfriend ejaculated in it? I can’t remember if I washed it immediately after. I just noticed redness inside and it’s a little bloody. It also has fluid coming from it. I have to mention I also have had 2 surgeries where they went in through my belly button. One was to get my tubes tied. The other was to correct an umbilical hernia. Could it be something to do with one of those ?
