Can My Missed Period While On Dronis 30 Indicate Pregnancy?

I am a pcod patient, i am on dronis 30 for past few years. Last month while i was on Dronis 30 cycle, on 13th March i had one episode of unprotected intercourse without any ejaculation. First day of my last period was 1st March. As per my dronis 30 cycle i did continue it and right now i am in the 7days gap between the cycle where i am supposed to get my periods. It is the 5th day and i haven t got my periods yet so i have unhone a urine pregnancy test and it came negative. Is there any chances of pregnancy?
