Can My Ovarian Cyst And Adenomyosis Shrink On Their Own With Depo Injection And Lifestyle Changes?

Good day. I had a heavy and painful menstruation last month, so I went to a doctor for checkup and she requested for TVS ultrasound. I was diagnosed with left ovarian cyst 6.5cm by 6.4cm, adenomyosis, and polycistic right ovary. The OB sonologist told me to had surgical removal of my uterus and both ovaries. I was afraid of surgery so I went to other doctor and she gave options. So I try Depo injection.I got my first shot last Feb 7, 2024. My question now is this: Will this ovarian cyst and adenomyosis go away or shrink on its own? I am now starting to change my lifestyle by eating healthy foods, do walking daily, getting enough sleep and rest and managing stress. I also take mx3 capsule 2x a day, drink fresh carrot and apple juice daily. Will this things help me with my health problem? The OBgyne said I will have a repeat ultrasound after 6 months.
