Can Nausea, Pain In Back And Abdomen With Mood Swings Indicate Pregnancy?

i got off my period last week and my partner and i had sex two days ago and the condom broke. I have had very weird symptoms such as nausea all day but i haven't threw up, lower back pain, sharp pain in my abdomen and very emotional. I think its too soon to guess im pregnant. I have been on birth control since april but the day it happened i missed my pill.
