Can Nevi In The Back Be Caused Due To Intercourse?

i have noticed only two or three red spots with a distance 15cm in my back part of chest after two weaks of suspecious sexual intercourse. during this time my body temperature was litle higher,fatigue,dipression and also i was too mush stress.is it hiv symptoms(my age is 27 ,height 170cm,weight 84) pls help me doctor.now i finished 33days ,but i dont have any problems unless little left neckpain,left shoulderpain.
