Can Nose Bleeding, Cracking And Difficulty Breathing Caused By Trauma Be Treated?

earlier me and my boyfriend were palying around. he pulled me on him while he was laying down and y nose smashed on his head really hard. it made a cracking noise and started bleeding. ever since then its been swollen and hurting. its hard for me to breathe out of it and makes a noise when i breathe in. its also been running all day after that. my head has also been hurting since the accident
