Can Nose Pain, Headaches, Lightheadedness, Head Pain Due To Trauma Be Treated?

hello, your probably gonna think im really stupid for this but i need help. last night i was messing around with my pen and the red ink squirted all up my right nostrel of my nose. i wasnt trying to do anything stupid i was just taking apart my pen. my now my nose hurts, im getting head aches, i cant get it all out of my nose, and last night i got really light headed and my head started to hurt. my right check also kinda hurts. what should i do? by the way im only 14 and my mom doesnt know yet so please help me!!
