Can Numbness In Genitals Due To Sexual Molestation Be Treated?

I was wondering if a Doctor could please give me some advice on where i should go to address my problem which is being sexually abused while i was drugged and now my genitals are mutilated with lack of feeling. i was wondering if there is a special Doctor i could see to see whether my genitals could be repaired. Please reply as i need help. Thankyou
