Can Occipital Headache, High Blood Pressure And Blood Sugar Levels Be Treated?

hello i am a 50 year old woman, for the past month and a half i have been having severe headace on the back of my head and sometimes its unbareable. I also have a high blood pressure and i am a diabetic which my sugar is also high at the moment. Could you possibly tell me what i need to do and what kind of tests i need to get done to fix all these problem? thank you
