Can One Missed Dose Of Mycrogynon And Having Unprotected Sex Cause Pregnancy?

Hello, im on the mycrogynon pill however on tuesday i missed it so i took it later on as i take it on a night at about 10 pm so i took it wednesday at 3pm, me and my boyfriend had sex last night and i am worried about getting pregnant, i have heard that u cant get pregnant from missing one mycrogynon is this true?
