Can Oral Sex Cause Throat Problems?

I had sex with my ex boyfriend 6 days ago, i gave him head, and he came in my mouth. Two days later, i developed a sore throat and wasnt feeling too good. i had a slight cough and just didnt feel good in general. my tonsils then slowly became more and more swollen in teh next 2 days until i decided to get some cold medicine which helped my sore throat a lot. however, yesterday after i showered, i rubbed my lips together and felt that there were small tiny bumps on it. while looking at the mirror, they werent that visable until i stretched my lips, then i could see tiny small skin coloured bumps near the edge of my lips >do i have an oral std???
