Can Our 4 Year Old Grandson Have An Eating Disorder?

Can our 4 year old grandson have an eating disorder? His diet consists of apple juice, one percent milk , goldfish crackers and various snacks his mother gives him that have high concentrations of sugar. That's about it. We leave fruits and vegetables out but he won't touch them. How do we approach our daughter to get her to do something about this?
