Can Ovarian Cyst Cause Dizziness, Fatigue And Migraine?

I have been experiencing neurological symptoms for the past 3 months. Mainly I have had this constant dizziness with extreme fatigue. I was diagnosed with a large cyst on my right ovary about the size of a tennis ball. The doctor thinks it is a hemorrhagic cyst or an endometrioma. However, I asked him if the cyst could be linked to my symptoms and he believes that there is absolutely no connection with my symptoms and the cyst. He referred to my symptoms as probably just bad luck. I am very concerned with this assumption and feel it would only be natural for my body to tell me that something is wrong. I have had many tests done and they could not find any other major abnormalities. They did find that my hormones were low. Lh- .5 FSH-1.1 Estradiol-15.39 TSH-.3 and that my calcium was mildly high 10.5. In conclusion, my question is can an ovarian cyst cause any symptoms like dizziness, extreme fatigue or migraine symptoms?
